摘  要:针对隔震支座力学性能与水平变形及竖向荷载的耦合特性,对其进行水平、竖向力学性能相关性试验研究,并输入12条剪切波速不同的地震波,对比分析考虑耦合特性与非耦合特性对核电厂隔震结构在地震作用下动力响应的影响。结果表明理论耦合力学模型与试验结果一致;数值结果显示AP1000在地震作用下考虑耦合模型同一工况下的隔震层竖向刚度衰减大于水平刚度衰减;不同地震动因剪切波速的差异对核电隔震结构的响应有较大影响,对于剪切波速较小的软土场地,双向刚度衰减程度最为显著;考虑耦合效应模型上部结构的位移响应显著大于非耦合模型。在超设计基准地震下其位移响应和刚度衰减率都有突变趋势,表明考虑耦合效应模型的支座会进入屈曲破坏阶段,上部结构进入突变倒塌。因此对超设计基准地震下核电隔震结构响应不考虑支座力学性能的耦合将低估结构地震响应。Aiming at rubber bearing mechanical performances’coupling features related to horizontal loading,horizontal deformation and vertical loading,tests for relevance between horizontal and vertical performances of rubber bearings were conducted.Here,considering rubber supporting bearings with a multi-factor coupled mechanical model,the dynamic responses of a nuclear plant isolated structure under 12 waves with different shear wave velocities were simulated and analyzed.The theoretical analysis results agreed well with those of tests.The simulation results showed that the vertical stiffness decay of AP1000 is larger than its horizontal stiffness decay;different earthquakes with different shear wave velocities have large influences on the dynamic responses of the nuclear plant isolation structure,the smaller the shear wave velocity,the larger the stiffness decay rate in both directions;the displacement response of the super-structure of the isolated structure supported by rubber bearings with the coupled model is significantly larger than that supported by bearings without the coupled model;under earthquake beyond design basis,the isolated structure’s displacement response and stiffness decay rate have abrupt changes,bearings with the coupled model enter a buckling failure stage and the superstructure enters sudden collapse;therefore,under earthquake beyond design basis,if a nuclear plant isolated structure’s dynamic responses are computed not using rubber bearings with the multi-factor coupled mechanical model,its seismic responses can be under-estimated.
