摘 要:为满足高速公路富水裂隙等复杂岩溶发育地层治理的工程需求,对研制的改性高聚物-水泥(MPC,Modified Polymers-Cementitious)注浆浆液进行了研究;建立基于广义H-B流体的预定义黏度时间分布函数,进行地下水作用下裂隙注浆扩散特征数值分析。结果表明:MPC浆液黏度随时间呈阶梯型增长;与传统注浆材料相比,高聚物间注浆初期具备持续高流态、临界可泵期时黏度突增并迅速凝胶硬化的性能优越性;动水冲刷下MPC浆液留存率明显高于水泥单液浆,且断面累计动水流量显著减少。In order to meet the engineering demand for the treatment of complex karst strata such as water-rich fissures in expressway,the grouting fluid of polymer-modified cementitious(also known as MPC)was studied.Based on generalized H-B fluid,the predefined viscosity time distribution function was established,and the numerical analysis of crack grouting diffusion characteristics under the action of groundwater was carried out.The study shows that the viscosity of MPC slurry increases with time.Compared with the traditional grouting material,the initial phase of polymer grouting has the superior performance of a continuous high flow state and a critical increase in the viscosity of the pump and a rapid gel hardening.The retention rate of MPC slurry is significantly higher than that of single cement slurry under hydrodynamic erosion,and the cumulative hydrodynamic discharge of section decreases significantly.
