摘 要:为解决区域县乡道路网因受养护资金约束或养护资金分配不合理,导致路面养护资金投入后路面性能得不到有效提高的问题,提出一种基于0-1背包问题模型解决县乡道路面养护资金分配优化问题的方法,进而实现在路网养护资金约束条件下提高县乡道路面养护资金的有效利用率,尽可能地提高路面使用性能。结合工程实例验证0-1背包问题模型的实用性和可行性,为区域路网养护管理者制定科学的养护修复计划提供参考。In order to solve the problem that the regional rural road network is restricted by maintenance funds or the allocation of maintenance funds is unreasonable,which causes the ineffective improvement of pavement performance after the investment in maintenance,a method based on the 0-1 knapsack problem model was proposed to optimize the allocation of maintenance funds.It was aimed to improve the effective utilization rate of maintenance funds under the constraints,so as to improve pavement performance as much as possible.The practicability and feasibility of the 0-1 knapsack problem model was verified by engineering examples,which provides reference for regional road network maintenance managers to formulate scientific maintenance and repair plans.
