摘  要:建立快速、准确测定药物中酒石酸美托洛尔的共振光散射(RLS)方法。在弱酸性Tris-盐酸缓冲溶液中,固绿FCF与酒石酸美托洛尔及溴代十六烷基吡啶反应生成绿色离子缔合物,使体系的RLS明显增强,最大RLS峰位于366 nm,酒石酸美托洛尔的质量浓度在0. 007~0. 53 mg·L^(-1)范围内与体系的RLS增强强度的绝对值(│△IRLS│)呈线性关系,检出限为0. 0062 mg·L^(-1),加标回收率为98. 71%~102. 4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)(n=6)为2. 0%~2. 5%。该法用于市售酒石酸美托洛尔药物中酒石酸美托洛尔的定量测定,结果满意。To establish a new resonance light scattering(RLS)method for the fast and accurate determination of metoprolol tartrate in the drug.In a weak acidic Tris-hydrochloric acid buffer solution,fast green FCF reacts with metoprolol tartrate and hexadecylpyridinium bromide to form a green ternary ion association complexes,which led to a distinctly enhanced of resonance light scattering signal of system and the maximum resonance light scattering peak was located at 366 nm.In this wavelength,the mass concentration of metoprolol tartrate in the range of 0.007 to 0.53 mg·L-1 was directly proportional to the absolute value of the resonance light scattering enhanced intensity(│ΔI RLS│)of system with the detection limit was 0.0062 mg·L-1.The method has been applied to the determination content of metoprolol tartrate in the drug with values of standard addition recovery and RSD(n=6)found were in the ranges of 98.71%-102.4%and 2.0%-2.5%respectively.The method was applied to determine the content of metoprolol tartrate in commercially available metoprolol tartrate with satisfactory results.
