摘 要:选取碱性Cd污染土壤,通过盆栽试验研究了不同水分管理方式对水稻产量和生物量、土壤有效态Cd含量及水稻植株总Cd积累的影响。结果表明,水分管理对水稻产量及地上部分生物量的影响不显著,但分蘖期就开始淹水的处理,其产量和地上部分生物量略高于分蘖期始终干湿交替的处理,其糙米和根中总Cd含量却显著低于分蘖期始终干湿交替的处理。由此可见,分蘖期淹水处理对水稻根吸收碱性Cd污染土壤中的Cd有很好的阻控效果,且能阻控Cd在糙米中积累。同时,从节约水资源的角度考虑,碱性Cd污染土壤种植水稻推荐使用的水分管理方式为:分蘖期先采取干湿交替灌溉方式3次,而后控制土壤水分大于100%最大田间持水量(WHC),抽穗扬花期至成熟期控制土壤水分为80%WHC。Alkaline Cd-contaminated soil was selected to study the impact of water management on available Cd in soil,biomass,production,and Cd accumulation in rice.Results showed that water management had little impact on biomass above soil and production in rice,but water flooding from tillering stage treatments a bit higher than alternation of drying and wetting all tilliering stage treatments while significantly lower for total Cd in coarse rice and root.Therefore,water flooding from tillering stage treatments could effectively control Cd absorption from alkaline Cd-contaminated soil by root and hinder transportation of Cd to coarse rice.Water resource conservation considered at the same time,water management in alkaline Cd-contaminated soil was suggested that after 3 alternations of drying and wetting in tillering stage,water was controlled to 100%water holding capacity(WHC)until tillering stage ended,and then reduced to 80%WHC.
