摘  要:扑热息痛生产过程中产生的废水需要活性炭来处理,因此会产生大量废活性炭。若废活性炭不能有效利用,将对环境造成严重影响,所以其循环利用引起广泛关注。采用超声波—微波联合处理扑热息痛生产中处理废水产生的废活性炭,硝酸铜为活性前驱体制备载铜活性炭,考察焙烧温度和时间对其性能的影响,通过氮气吸附/脱附、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射和傅立叶变换红外光谱等表征其性能。结果表明,经超声波预处理,微波焙烧温度800℃、焙烧时间30min时制备的载铜活性炭亚甲基蓝吸附值为150mg/g,比表面积达到985.371m^2/g,实现了在活性炭表面负载Cu及其氧化物。The wastewater produced from paracetamol needs activated carbon to be treated,which results in a lot of waste activated carbon.It has been made serious impact on the environment if the waste activated carbon could not be effectively used.Therefore,its recycling has caused widespread attention.The copper loaded activated carbon was prepared with the waste activated carbon which was produced in the production of paracetamol as raw material and copper nitrate as activate precursor by ultrasound and microwave.The effect of roasting temperature and roasting time on the properties of the activated carbon was investigated,and the activated carbons were characterized by nitrogen adsorption/desorption,SEM,XRD and FTIR.The results showed that the methylene blue adsorption value was 150 mg/g,under the condition of roasting temperature of 800℃and roasting time of 30 min.Moreover,the prepared activated carbon specific area was 985.371 m^2/g,the copper and copper oxides loaded on the surface of activated carbon.
