摘 要:研究了黄孢原毛平革菌(Phanerochaete chrysosporium)对四环素废水的生物降解作用,通过正交实验得到黄孢原毛平革菌降解四环素废水的最佳条件:pH=4、温度为35℃、黄孢原毛平革菌生物量为1.0×107个/mL、四环素质量浓度为9mg/L。基于此构建小型的生物膜反应器,选择醛化纤纶作为反应器的填料对黄孢原毛平革菌进行挂膜。该生物膜反应器对四环素废水的降解效果良好,在72h内对10mg/L的四环素去除率高达80%,废水中COD、TN、氨氮也有一定下降趋势,但TP变化不明显。采用黄孢原毛平革菌生物降解四环素废水具有一定的实际应用前景。In this paper,the biogradation of tetracycline wastewater by Phanerochaete chrysosporium was studied.Through orthogonal experiment,the optimum conditions for the degradation of tetracycline wastewater by Phanerochaete chrysosporium were obtained,which were pH=4,temperature 35℃,the biomass of Phanerochaete chrysosporium 1.0×10^7 cell/mL,and the mass concentration of tetracycline 9 mg/L.Based on this,a small biofilm reactor was constructed,and the hydroformylation fiber was selected as a filler for the reactor to coat the Phanerochaete chrysosporium.The research finded that the biofilm reactor had a good effect on degradation tetracycline wastewater,the removal rate of 10 mg/L tetracycline was up to 80%within 72 h,the COD,TN and ammonia nitrogen in the wastewater also had a certain downward trend,but the TP change was not obvious.The biodegradation of tetracycline wastewater by Phanerochaete chrysosporium was prospective in future practical application.
