摘 要:星系是构成宇宙的基石,其形成与演化是21世纪天体物理研究领域的前沿课题之一.近邻星系具有大范围的空间参数,可以较为容易地获得高空间分辨率和高信噪比的观测数据,为研究星系形成与演化的理论模型提供最丰富的观测约束,因此近邻星系是研究星系形成、结构和演化历史的理想\实验室".为了了解星系的形成与演化历史,对单个星系个性特征的研究是非常有必要的.在星系个性特征的研究方面,唯象模型体现了其独特的价值.本文利用唯象模型分别研究了一个较为简单的、孤立的小质量盘星系NGC300和一个较为复杂的、存在相互作用的大质量盘星系M51a,利用它们的最佳模型预言,分别与之前研究过的、和它们各自质量相当的对应目标进行了比较研究.希望通过比较研究这两类比较典型的盘星系的形成与演化历史,藉此了解盘星系的形成与演化.Galaxies are the cornerstones of large cosmological structures,their formation and evolution are one of the frontier subjects in the 21 century astrophysics.Nearby galaxies are close to us and can be observed with great details,thus they can provide us with the most abundant observables that can be used to constrain various theoretical models.Therefore,they are ideal“laboratories”to study the formation,structure,and evolution history of galaxies.In order to understand the evolution history of galaxies in general,it is essential to start with individual galaxies.The phenomenological model has been proven to be a powerful tool to explore the formation and evolution of individual disk galaxies.In this work,we use the phenomenological model to study an isolated low-mass disk galaxy NGC300 and a relatively complicated interacting high-mass disk galaxy M51a.Based on the best-fitting model predictions of NGC300 and M51a,a study is made to compare the results with that of their counter-parts in our previous work.Then we could have a better understanding of the formation and evolution of disk galaxies.
