摘 要:港口建设不断向深水区域发展,在自然条件恶劣的海域建造防波堤时,护面块体的质量不断加大,通常采用配筋以增强其抗裂能力。为解决超大型扭王字块因配筋引起的预制施工困难,通过添加抗裂纤维替代配筋的方法予以解决。采用模型试验、理论计算和数值模拟方法,分析了扭王字块预制、吊运过程中的开裂风险,论证了超大型扭王字块取消配筋的可行性。The port construction is continuously developing towards the deep-water area.When the breakwaters are built in the sea area with poor natural conditions,the mass of protection block is increasing,and the steel bar is usually used to enhance its anti-cracking ability.In order to solve the precast construction difficulty of super-large accoropode caused by the reinforcement,we add anti-cracking fiber instead of reinforcement.By model test and theoretical calculation and numerical simulation method,we analyze the cracking risk of super-large accoropode in prefabrication and hoisting process.The results demonstrate the feasibility of removing the steel rebar of super-large accoropode.
