摘  要:轴颈抛光系统是曲轴砂带抛光机进行曲轴抛光加工的重要子系统,其可靠性的高低严重影响着曲轴抛光的表面质量和加工效率。针对曲轴砂带抛光机轴颈抛光系统故障率高、可靠性较低的现象,跟踪采集了轴颈抛光系统的故障数据,经过数据分析处理,利用几种常见的分布函数建立了轴颈抛光系统的可靠性模型。结合分布函数进行模型的拟合检验及优选,结果表明轴颈抛光系统的故障间隔时间的分布规律与伽马函数更为接近。依据建立的分布函数模型对轴颈抛光系统平均无故障间隔时间MTBF的参数进行估计,并优选出与采集的观测值较为接近的分布函数。上述对子系统轴颈抛光系统进行的可靠性建模及评估工作,可以为接下来曲轴砂带抛光机的其他子系统及整机的可靠性分析提供参考和依据。The journal polishing system is an important subsystem of the crankshaft belt polishing machine for crankshaft polishing processing,and its reliability seriously affects the surface quality and processing efficiency of the crankshaft polishing.In view of the high failure rate and low reliability of the crankshaft belt polishing machine s journal polishing system,the failure data of the journal polishing system was tracked,and after data analysis and processing,several common distribution functions were used to establish the journal polishing system.The fitting test of the model was combined with the distribution function.The results showed that the distribution of the fault interval time of the journal polishing system was closer to the gamma function.Based on the established distribution function model,the MTBF parameters of the trunnion polishing system are estimated,and the distribution function that is close to the observed values is selected.The above reliability modeling and evaluation of the subsystem journal polishing system can provide reference and basis for the reliability analysis of the other subsystems and the whole crankshaft belt polishing machine.
