摘 要:以DVG850立式加工中心为研究对象,运用SolidWorks软件进行三维建模。考虑到结合面对整机动刚度的影响,对整机进行模态及谐响应分析得出x、y、z方向的动刚度,结果表明整机动刚度测试实验结果与仿真结果高度吻合,3个方向的误差分别为9.184%、8.477%、7.143%,均在10%以内,验证了有限元模型的准确性。A certain type of vertical machining center is a research object,and Solidworks is used for making 3D model.Taking into account the impact of the combined stiffness of the entire mobile,through the modal and harmonic response analysis of the whole machine can be obtained under a certain load x,y,z directions of dynamic stiffness.In order to change the accuracy of the model,an experimental test of the overall stiffness was designed.The experimental results were close to the simulation results.The errors in the x,y,and z directions were 9.184%,8.477%,and 7.143%,respectively,and the error was within 10%.The accuracy of the finite element model was verificated.
