摘  要:为了研究滚珠丝杠螺母副的动态特性,提出了滚珠丝杠螺母副结合面的单自由度动力学模型,搭建了动态特性参数辨识的测试系统,分析了不同轴向载荷和工作台位置对动刚度和阻尼的影响。试验结果表明:随着轴向载荷的增大,丝杠螺母副的轴向动刚度也增大,轴向阻尼先减小后增大;在工作台从丝杠的一端移动到另一端的过程中,轴向动刚度呈现先增后减的变化趋势,轴向阻尼则呈现先减小后增大再减小再增大的变化趋势。数据分析还表明轴向载荷对动刚度和阻尼的影响明显强于工作台位置对其的影响。In order to study the dynamic behavior of the ball screw nut pair,a single DOF dynamic model of ball screw nut pair was established,and a test system for identifying the parameters of dynamic characteristic was developed,which analyzes the effects of different axial load and working table position on dynamic stiffness and damping.Experimental results show that with the increase of axial load,axial stiffness also increase,and the axial damping increase at first and then decrease.As the working table moving from one end of the screw to another end,the axial stiffness increase at first then decrease,and the axial damping firstly decrease then increase,where after,again decrease then increase.Data analysis also shows that the effect of axial load on stiffness and damping is significantly stronger than that of table position.
