摘  要:为研究当每齿进给量小于刀具刃口半径时,每齿进给量对微铣削力变化规律及已加工表面形貌的影响,使用两刃平底硬质合金微铣刀对体积分数为30%的铝基碳化硅复合材料(SiCp/Al)进行了微铣削试验。研究表明:当每齿进给量小于刃口半径时,总铣削力随着每齿进给量的增大呈现先增大后减小再增大的趋势;已加工表面存在基体涂抹、微裂纹、颗粒破碎、浅凹坑、孔洞和划痕等表面缺陷,并随着每齿进给量呈现出一定的规律。In order to study the influence of the amount of feed per tooth on the variation of micro-milling force and the appearance of the machined surface when the feed per tooth is smaller than the tool edge radius,the micro-milling experiment was carried out by using a 2 edge flat carbide micro-milling cutter for the aluminum silicon carbide composite(SiCp/Al)with a volume fraction of 30%.The research shows that when the feed per tooth is less than the cutting edge radius,the total milling force tends to increase first,then decrease and then increase with the increase of feed per tooth.Surface defects such as substrate smearing,micro-cracking,particle crushing,shallow pits,holes,scratches and other surface defects on the processed surface of micro-milling have a certain regularity with feed per tooth.
