摘  要:Weibull分布是最常用的处理和分析疲劳寿命的统计方法之一,但在对涂层接触疲劳寿命的研究中,大多学者在未做多元统计分析的基础上建立Weibull分布模型,在一定程度上影响了模型的准确性。本工作采用超音速等离子喷涂技术在45钢基体表面制备NiCrBSi合金涂层,使用球盘式接触疲劳试验机,对涂层进行不同载荷条件下的抗接触疲劳实验,得到涂层的接触疲劳寿命。通过范-蒙特福特检验法验证涂层接触疲劳寿命。结果表明:接触疲劳寿命数据符合Weibull分布;建立的Weibull概率分布图可在实验数据较少的情况下,精确表征涂层的接触疲劳寿命;建立的接触疲劳特征寿命及其对数与载荷之间的指数回归模型以及接触疲劳特征寿命的对数与载荷之间的线性回归模型,可在一定范围内精确表征涂层的接触疲劳寿命。Weibull distribution is one of the most common statistical methods used to deal with and analyze the fatigue life,but in the study of contact fatigue life of coating,most scholars established the Weibull distribution model without multivariate statistical analysis,which affected the accuracy of the model to a certain extent.In this work,NiCrBSi alloy coating was deposited on steel(AISI 1045)substrate using supersonic plasma spraying technique.Rolling contact fatigue(RCF)life of the coating was investigated using a ball-on-disc tester under different loads.The contact fatigue life of the coating was verified by Fan-Montfort test.The results show that the RCF life of different loads accords with Weibull distribution.The map of Weibull distribution failure probability is plotted.The coating failure probability at any number of cycles under the same working conditions can be observed intuitively through the map.The regression equation of RCF life and loading is established,it shows that the logarithm of characteristic life is linear associated with the loading,and the regression model can accurately characterize the contact fatigue life of coatings in a certain range.
