摘 要:无论是表贴式永磁(surface-mounted permanent magnet,SPM)电机,还是内置式永磁(interior permanent magnet,IPM)电机,其整体性能都与其电感参数密切相关。文章利用时步有限元软件对永磁电机进行二维有限元计算,基于永磁同步电机矢量控制角,对永磁电机的三相电感、互感及交、直轴电感的变化进行分析;分别研究了表贴式和内置式永磁电机,施加不同的电流激励进行仿真,得到其直轴、交轴电感参数的分布特性,并对表贴式和内置式永磁电机的电感特性进行了对比分析。结果表明IPM电机比SPM电机控制性能更优和更加稳定。Whether it is a surface-mounted permanent magnet(SPM)motor or an interior permanent magnet(IPM)motor,its overall performance is closely related to its inductance parameters.In this paper,the inductance values of permanent magnet motors are calculated by finite element software.Based on the phase angle defined in vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor,the variations of three-phase inductances,mutual inductances,quadrature-axis inductances and direct-axis inductances of permanent magnet motor are analyzed.By applying different current excitations to a SPM motor and an IPM motor respectively,the distributions of direct-axis and quadrature-axis inductance parameters of these two kinds of motors are obtained and compared.The results show that the control performance of IPM motor is more stable than that of SPM motor.
