摘  要:针对工业上使用的1,4-丁二醇脱氢合成γ-丁内酯催化剂普遍存在Cr含量较高的缺点,制备了一系列低Cr含量的Cu-Cr/TiO_2纳米催化剂,测试了它在1,4-丁二醇气相脱氢反应中的催化性能。实验结果表明,该系列催化剂具有良好的活性、选择性及热稳定性,而Cr含量对γ-丁内酯的选择性有明显的影响,当催化剂中Cr_2O_3质量分数为3%时,γ-丁内酯选择性达到96.2%。XRD和TEM表征结果显示,Cr组分的加入促进了活性组分Cu或其前驱物CuO在TiO_2载体上的分散及抗烧结性能。催化剂中Cr_2O_3的质量分数为3%时,CuO或Cu具有最佳的分散度和最小的粒径分布,此时,催化剂表现出最佳的活性、稳定性及最优的抗烧结性能。H_2-TPR表征结果显示,Cr组分的加入提高了CuO的还原温度,而Cr_2O_3质量分数为3%的催化剂中,CuO的还原温度最高,因而该催化剂中CuO与载体TiO_2或CuO与Cr_2O_3的相互作用最强。A series of Cu-Cr/TiO2 catalysts with low Cr content were prepared and their catalytic performance in the gas-ph ase dehydrogenation of 1,4-butanediol toγ-butyrolactone(GBL)was investigated.The results showed that the catalysts exhibited excellent activity,selectivity and stability,while the Cr content of the catalysts had a significant effect on GBL selectivity.When the mass content of Cr2O3 in the catalyst is 3%,the GBL selectivity reaches the maximum value of 96.2%.XRD and TEM analyse s demonstrated that the addition of Cr promoted the dispersion of the active component(Cu or its precursor CuO)on the support.W hen the mass content of Cr2O3 in the catalyst was 3%,CuO or Cu had the optimum dispersion and the smallest particle size;thus the corresponding catalyst exhibited the best catalytic performance and sintering resistance.H2-TPR results showed that the addition of Cr increased the reduction temperature of CuO and when the mass content of Cr2O3 in the catalyst is 3%,CuO had the highest reduction temperature,indicating that it had the strongest interaction with the support or Cr2O3 in the catalyst.
