摘 要:采用混捏挤条和等体积浸渍法相结合的方法制备了Pt/Al_2O_3、Pt/beta与Pt/Al_2O_3-beta三种不同载体类型的贵金属催化剂,利用XRD,BET,SEM,NH_3-TPD,H_2-TPR等手段对制备的催化剂进行表征,考察了所制备催化剂在脂肪酸甲酯上的加氢脱氧效果,优化了催化剂催化加氢的工艺条件。实验结果表明,所制备的Pt/Al_2O_3-beta催化剂具有适宜的酸性强度及孔径分布,明显提高了目标产物的收率,降低了裂解率;催化剂催化脂肪酸甲酯加氢脱氧反应的优化条件为:350℃、2 MPa、氢油体积比1000、WHSV为0.5 h-1,在此条件下,脂肪酸甲酯转化率最高可达99.52%,目标产物收率最高为88.48%。Three kinds of noble metal catalysts with different types of carriers including Pt/Al2O3,Pt/beta and Pt/Al2O3-beta were prepared by a combination of kneading and equal volume impregnation method.The prepared catalysts were characterized by XRD,BET,SEM,NH3-TPD and H2-TPR techniques,and their catalytic performance in hydrodeoxygenation of fatty acid methyl esters(FAMEs)was investigated.In addition,the process conditions in catalytic hydrogenation over catalysts were optimized.The experiment results showed that the yield of the target product was obviously increased and the cracking rate was reduced by the prepared Pt/Al2O3-beta catalyst with suitable acid strength and pore size distribution.The optimized conditions for the hydrodeoxygenation of FAMEs over Pt/Al2O3-beta catalyst were as follows:350℃,2 MPa,volume ratio of hydrogen to oil 1 000,and WHSV 0.5 h-1.Under these conditions,the highest FAMEs conversion and the target product yield reached 99.52%and 88.48%,respectively.
