摘　　要：针对掺炼催化裂化汽油后重整原料的特点,通过对传统Al_2O_3载体改性,开发出一种具有良好加氢脱硫、加氢脱氮和烯烃饱和功能的钼-钴-镍三组分活性金属重整预加氢催化剂DZF-20。200 mL中试加氢评价结果表明,最大掺炼50%(w)催化裂化汽油的重整原料经DZF-20加氢处理后,加氢产品能达到硫含量和氮含量均小于0.5μg/g的重整进料要求。推荐DZF-20催化剂最佳催化裂化汽油掺炼比例为20%(w),最优工艺条件为:氢油体积比250∶1,LHSV 5.0 h^(-1),反应温度275℃,反应压力2.5 MPa。1500h活性稳定性实验结果表明,研发的DZF-20催化剂反应温升小,加氢性能稳定,是一种性能优良的适用于掺炼催化裂化汽油重整的预加氢催化剂。In order to solve the problem of increasing difficulty in hydrotreating after reforming feedstock mixed with FCC gasoline,a reforming prehydrogenation catalyst DZF-20 with good hydrodesulfurization,hydrodenitrogenation and olefin saturation functions was developed.The increase in hydrogenation activity of DZF-20 was achieved by modifi cation of the conventional Al2O3 support and the active components including molybdenum,cobalt and nickel.The hydrogenation evaluation results of the 200 mL pilot plant showed that the hydroformed product could reach the reforming feed requirement after the reforming of maximum 50%(w)FCC gasoline mixed feedstock by DZF-20 hydrotreating.The recommended optimum FCC gasoline mixing ratio for DZF-20 was 20%(w).The corresponding optimum process conditions were hydrogen oil volume ratio 250∶1,LHSV 5.0 h-1,reaction temperature 275℃,and reaction pressure 2.5 MPa.The 1 500 h activity stability experiment results showed that the developed DZF-20 had a small reaction temperature rise and stable hydrogenation performance,and was an excellent pre-hydrogenation catalyst suitable for mixed FCC gasoline.
