摘  要:重质化、劣质化是未来原油供应的主要趋势,经济环保的渣油加氢技术正逐步成为渣油加工最主要的技术手段,目前,固定床渣油加氢技术应用最为广泛。主要分析了国内外固定床渣油加氢技术现状及进展,探讨了今后的发展方向。国内固定床渣油加氢技术、催化剂研制、大型装置工程化设计及重大石化装备制造技术已十分成熟,固定床渣油加氢技术在相当长的时期内仍将是渣油加工的首选方案;新建装置应首推国产化技术;提高原料适应性,实现大规模、长周期、工艺组合最优化是未来固定床渣油加氢技术发展的重点。Crude oil is becoming heavier and poorer in quality.The design concepts of large-scale modern refineries:environment cleanliness,intelligent control and high product value,are put forward to improve economic benefits.Residue hydrotreating technology integrated with economic and environmental protection is gradually becoming a major upgrading process,where the fixed bed process is most widely used at present.The development status,process engineering and future tendency are discussed.The fixed bed process will still be the major selection within a rather long period.Nationalized process should be given preference to the new devices.Furthermore,improving the feedstock adaptability and achieving large-scale production,long-period operation and optimized process combination will be the focus of future research and development.
