摘　　要：党的十九大报告提出建设人民满意的服务型政府的目标。深化简政放权契合了服务型政府建设的总体要求,是建设人民满意的服务型政府的必由之路。党的十八大以来,中央和地方政府以壮士断腕的决心实施简政放权并取得重大进展,人民群众对政府服务的满意度大大提高,建设人民满意的服务型政府效果初显。贯彻落实党的十九大和党的十九届三中全会精神,深化简政放权应坚持以为人民服务为宗旨,争取在重点领域和关键环节取得更大突破,为人民群众提供便捷高效、公平可及的公共服务,努力建设人民满意的服务型政府。The report of the 19th CPC National Congress proposed the goal of building a service-oriented government with that the people are satisfied.Deepening the reform of streamlining administration and delegating power meets the overall requirements for the construction of a service-oriented government,which is also the only way to build a service-oriented government with that the people are satisfied.Since the Party’s 18th National Congress,the central and local governments have been streamlining administration and delegating power with great determination and made significant progress.The people’s satisfaction with government services has greatly increased,and the effect of building a service-oriented government with that the people are satisfied has taken off.Implementing the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress and the 3rd Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee,deepening the reform of streamlining administration and delegating power should adhere to the purpose of serving the people,strive for greater breakthroughs in key areas and key links,and provide the people with convenience,efficiency and fairness public service,in order to build a service-oriented government with that the people are satisfied.
