摘  要:以含氢硅油、甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯和甲基丙烯酸二乙基氨基乙酯为原料,以氯铂酸-异丙醇溶液为催化剂,利用硅氢加成反应合成了氟烷基和氨基共性改性硅油柔软剂;并用红外光谱对其分子结构进行了表征,结果表明:氟烷基和氨基可以共性改性硅油。利用单因素实验以及正交实验确定了最佳合成反应条件:反应温度130℃、反应时间20 h、催化剂用量80 mg/kg、n(C=C)∶n(Si—H)=1.6。Fluorinated alkyl and amino modified silicone softener was synthesized by hydrosilylation with hydrogen-containing silicone oil,dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate and diethyl-amino-ethylmethacrylate as raw material,isopropyl chloride-isopropyl alcohol as catalyst.The molecular structure was characterized by IR spectroscopy.The results showed that the alkyl groups and amino groups could bues ed to modify the silicone oil.At the same time,th e optimum reaction conditions were determined by the single factro experiment and orthogonal experiment.The optimum reaction conditions were as follows:reaction temperature 130℃,reaction time 20 h,the amount of catalyst 80 mk/k g,n(C==C)∶n(Si-H)=1.6.
