酯交换法改性低溶剂羟基丙烯酸分散体的制备及其应用

摘　　要：采用叔碳酸缩水甘油酯(E10P)与丙烯酸进行酯交换反应,产物的端羟基与丙烯酸的羧基进行缩聚反应,丙烯酸另一端的不饱和双键再与其他丙烯酸酯类单体进行共聚反应,达到改性羟基丙烯酸分散体的目的。改性后的羟基丙烯酸分散体水性清漆丰满度高、光泽优、硬度高、附着力好、耐冲击性能好,具有良好的耐水性和耐丙酮性能。he reaction mechanism of modified hydroxyl acrylic dispersionw as as follows,transesterification reacting between E10P and acrylic acid,then polycondensation happening between the terminal hydroxyl groups of the product and the carboxyl group at one end of the acrylic acid,and thuen saturated double bond at the another end of the acryli c acid proceeding copolymerization with other acrylate monomers.The water varnish prepared by modified hydroxyl acrylic dispersion performed high fullness,excellent gloss,hgih hardness,good adhesion,good impact resistance,goo d water resistance and acetone resistance.
