摘  要:发散式超声强化大豆油脱臭馏出物与乙醇反应制备脂肪酸乙酯具有反应过程温和,原料成本低廉,反应速率快等优点。文中对其过程影响因素及反应动力学特性进行研究。结果表明:在超声功率150 W,反应温度80℃,醇油体积比90∶100,催化剂用量(质量分数) 1. 6%,反应时间2 h的实验条件下,脂肪酸乙酯得率可以达到90. 6%。酯化过程为二级反应,在超声功率为90 W和150 W时,活化能分别为37. 10 kJ/mol和47. 43 kJ/mol;反应速率常数分别为0. 097 07和0. 245 22。通过提高超声功率,可以有效强化大豆油脱臭馏出物酯交换过程,加快反应速率,缩短反应时间。The fatty acid ethyl esters was produced from soy oil deodorizer distillates with enhancement of divergent ultrasonic for mild reaction process,low raw material cost and fast reaction rate.The effect of operating parameters on ethyl esters yield and reaction kinetics was investigated.The experimental results show that the yield of fatty acid ethyl ester can reach 90.6%when the reaction temperature is 80℃,the ultrasonic power is 150 W,the volume ratio of alcohol to oil is 90∶100,the amount of catalyst is 1.6%and the reaction time is 2 h.The deodorized distillation ethylation is the second order reaction.The activation energy is 37.10 kJ/mol and 47.43 kJ/mol,the reaction rate constant is 0.097 07 min-1 and 0.245 22 min-1 when the ultrasonic power is 90 W and 150 W,respectively.By increasing the ultrasonic power,the transesterification process of soybean oil deodorization distillate was enhanced effectively,the reaction rate was accelerated and the reaction time was shortened.
