摘  要:为将激光烧灼应用到木材的生产加工中,从不同树种、不同切面和切面角度3方面探究了激光烧灼后的木材微观表面。以常见硬木树种黄柏木和软木树种红松为样材,对样材的横、径向切面依次进行铣削加工和激光烧灼加工试验,得到不同的加工表面。借助扫描电镜观察2种树种在不同条件下加工后的表面形貌,结合木材本身的微观结构,进而总结树种本身密度、木材表面纹理、加工表面角度等微观因素对激光烧灼加工木材表面效果的影响。结果表明,硬木的树材经烧灼加工后的表面平整度要好于软木的树材;硬木树材顺纹加工和坡面加工得到的表面光滑度最好。实际生产过程中,激光烧灼的对象应尽量采用硬木树种,在激光烧灼前的预铣削加工中,应尽量采用顺纹加工和坡面加工。In order to apply the laser cauterization to the wood production and processing,this paper examined the microscopic surface of the wood after laser ablation from different species,different aspects and section angles.The common hardwood tree species Pheodendron amurense and cork tree species Pinus koraiensis were used as the samples.The transverse and radial sections of the samples were subjected to milling and laser burning experiments in turn to obtain different machined surfaces.Then,two kinds of tree species woods which were under different treatments were observed by scanning electron microscopy.The effects of the density of the tree species,the surface texture of the wood,the surface angle of the wood surface on the surface effect of the laser burning wood surface based on the surface morphology of the wood combined with the microstructure of the wood itself were summarized.The results showed that the surface roughness of the hardwood after burning was better than that of the cork wood.For the hardwood,the smoothness of the surface obtained by the miling and the slope surface treatment was the best.In actual production process,the object used for laser burning should be hardwood,besides,before the laser pre-milling process,along the grain miling and slope processing should be adopted.
