摘　　要：运用口述史等研究方法,对中华人民共和国成立以来中国武术对外交流的历程进行梳理,将其分为4个主要历史阶段。从"内容体系""文化能力""文化冲突""体制改革和制度建设"方面,指出当前武术对外交流面临的主要问题。提出:转变传播理念,坚持"以人为本",促进身体健康和精神幸福;深刻认识武术文化的内涵与特征,传播武术文化核心价值观;保障对外交流平等与民主,塑造"和谐""文明""道义"的武术形象;坚定武术文化"走出去"战略,重构科学、系统、完善的文化发展战略。Using the method of oral history,the study explored the development of Wushu foreign exchange in new China since 1949.With the 4\|stage division,the study points out the major existing problems of the current Wushu foreign exchanges from the perspectives of“content system”,“cultural ability”,“cultural collision”and“system reform and construction”.Thereafter comes from the enlightenment,that is,to transform the communication concept by adhering to“people\|oriented”to promote people’s physical and mental health;to understand the characteristics of Wushu culture and then spread its core values;to shape the Wushu image of“harmony”“civilization”and“moral”under the guarantee of democracy and equality in foreign exchange;and to stick to the culture"going out"strategy and reconstruct a scientific,systematic and perfect cultural development strategy.
