教练风格对运动反社会行为的影响:运动道德推脱的中介效应

摘　　要：采用自主型和受控型教练风格量表等,研究我国运动员感知的教练风格对不同指向运动反社会行为的影响,以及运动道德推脱在上述关系中的中介效应。结果显示:自主型教练风格可负向显著影响运动反社会行为(队友);运动道德推脱可正向影响运动反社会行为(队友和对手);受控型教练风格可正向显著影响运动道德推脱和运动反社会行为(队友和对手),运动道德推脱在上述关系中具有部分中介效应。提示:在制订我国运动员运动反社会行为预防策略和加强我国运动员的职业道德教育时,鼓励教练员构建自主型的执教风格,减少受控型执教风格的塑造,降低运动员的运动道德推脱水平,从而减少运动员运动反社会行为的发生。The study was to investigate the association between coaching style and antisocial behavior among Chinese athletes as well as the potential mediating role of moral disengagement.The structural equation modeling indicated that autonomy supportive coaching style had negative direct effects on antisocial behavior toward teammates.Moral disengagement had positive direct effects on antisocial behavior toward teammates and opponents.And the controlling coaching style had significantly positive effects on antisocial behavior toward teammates and opponents which were partially mediated by moral disengagement.These findings concluded that autonomy-supportive coaching style should be recommended while controlling style not suggested;and the moral disengagement levels of athletes should be decreased so that their antisocial behaviors will go down.
