摘  要:有别于费力和费时的传统病原体检测方法,基于靶基因的分子生物学检测方法以其快速和灵敏的特点逐渐成为现代水产病原体检测的首选.在众多分子生物学检测方法中,尤以核酸等温扩增技术备受关注.本文对各种核酸等温扩增技术在水产病原体检测中的应用进行了综述,阐述了各种核酸等温扩增技术的原理,对比分析了各种核酸等温扩增技术的优劣,介绍了该技术在水产病原体检测中的应用现状,展望了该技术的发展趋势,旨在促进我国水产病原体现场快速检测技术的发展.Different from traditional pathogen detection method,molecular biology detection is based on target gene.It becomes the first choice for modern aquatic pathogen detection for its rapid and sensitive characteristics.Among numerous methods,nucleic acid isother^nal amplification technology attracts much attention.In this paper,the application of various isother^nal nucleic acid amplification techniques in the detection of aquatic pathogenic microorganisms was systematically reviewed,together with comparison and analysis on their advantages and disadvantages.This paper is contributed to the establishment of a more complete reference for point-of-care testing for aquatic pathogens in China in the future.
