摘  要:介绍了抗侧滚扭杆装置工作原理。根据某地铁空间小、且车体及转向架高度可调的要求,研发了新型整体式抗侧滚弯扭杆装置,详细阐述了该新型抗侧滚弯扭杆装置的设计方案、力学性能分析等,并进行了相关试验。试验结果表明:该装置的刚度、强度及制造工艺等完全满足地铁运用要求。The working principle of anti-roll torsion bar device is introduced.According to the narrow space inside metro train and the high adjustable requirements for carbody and bogie,a new type integral anti-roll torsion bar device is developed.In this paper,the design scheme and the mechanical properties analysis of the new device are described in detail,corresponding tests are carried out.The results show that the stiffness,strength and manufacturing process of the new anti-roll bar device could satisfied the application requirements in metro operation completely.
