摘 要:针对高温合金的难加工性以及对刀具耐用度的较高要求,研究了硬质合金刀具在厂家推荐参数下刀具的磨损形态和磨损机理,以探究提高刀具耐用度的方法。结果表明:刀具在经过连续切削27min后达到了磨钝标准,并且在其前、后刀面均发生了严重的磨粒磨损。粘结和氧化磨损主要发生在前刀面刀-屑接触区,同时在一定程度上也伴随着扩散磨损的发生。In view of the difficult-to-cutting property of superalloy GH4169 and the high requirement of tool durability,the wear morphology and wear mechanism of the tool under the recommended parameters are studied in order to explore the method of improving the tool life.The results show that after 27 minutes of continuous cutting,the tool has reached the wear standard,and serious abrasive wear has occurred on both the rake and flank surfaces.Adhesive and oxidation wear mainly occur tool-chip contact area in the rake face,and to a certain extent,it is also accompanied by the occurrence of diffusion wear.
