摘  要:在数控机床加工过程监控时,由于存在采集频率波动导致监控阈值与信号不同步的问题,导致监控精度下降,从而会影响监控精度。因此针对阈值和信号的精确时间同步要求,提出了基于NC程序段的相对时间同步方法。通过对实时同步误差的计算和判断,采用程序段号对阈值和信号的时间偏差进行校准,减少了监控信号的超前或滞后量。通过对比试验,验证了本方法对提高监控阈值与信号的时间同步性的有效性,提高监控准确性。In the NC process monitoring,sampling frequency fluctuation that causes the monitoring threshold and the signals are not synchronized which will cause decrease of the monitoring precision,thus affects the monitoring accuracy.This paper aims at the precise time synchronization of threshold and signal to present the relative time synchronization method based on NC program segment.Through the calculation and judgment of the real-time synchronization error,the time deviation which between the threshold and signal is calibrated by the NC number,which reduces the advance or lag of the monitoring signal.Through the contrast test,it is show the effectiveness of this method to improve the time synchronization of monitoring threshold and signal and improve the monitoring accuracy.
