摘 要:针对工业领域中设备状态的数据采集及远程控制问题,结合ZigBee技术和WiFi技术两者的优势,基于处理器CC2530芯片和ESP8266芯片,提出了一种基于ZigBee/WiFi的无线数据采集与控制系统的方案。该方案首先改进了传统的单路数据采集方法,实现了多路数据实时采集,其次采用WiFi通信方式,通过电脑上位机或手机客户端可对设备运行数据进行监控,最后接收端设有控制开关,可实现对设备状态的远程控制。研究结果表明该系统采集的数据正确可靠、实时性好,并且可实现精准的远程控制。Being aimed at the data acquisition and remote control of equipment status in industry,combining with the advantages of ZigBee technology and WiFi technology,based on processor CC2530 chip and ESP8266 chip,a scheme of wireless data acquisition and control system based on ZigBee technology and WiFi technology is proposed.Firstly,this scheme improves the single traditional data acquisition method,and realizes the real-time multi-channel data acquisition;secondly,it adopts WiFi communication mode,and the computer host or the mobile phone client can monitor the operation data of equipment;finally the receiving terminal sets a control button,which can realize the remote control of the device state.The research results show that the data collecting by this system is correct,reliable,real-time and can achieve remote control accurately.
