摘  要:为了实现废弃液晶面板的大规模、产业化、高效率、绿色回收,根据其特点和破碎要求,设计了一种废弃液晶面板专用剪切破碎机。首先详细阐述了该破碎机的结构组成和工作原理,然后深入分析了关键零部件参数的选取原则,并对其力能参数进行了设计计算,最终研制出了剪切破碎机的样机。试验结果表明,该破碎机运转平稳、性能可靠,具有结构简单、粉尘少、温升低、散热快、杂质少、易于操作等优点。该设备的成功研制将大大提高废弃液晶面板的破碎效率,使得液晶面板内液晶材料、稀贵金属铟以及高品质玻璃的资源化回收变得高效、简单、可行,从而实现资源的循环利用,对减少环境污染、发展循环经济意义重大。In order to realize the large-scale,industrialization,high efficiency and green recovery of waste LCD panels,a special shearing and crushing machine was designed according to its characteristics and crushing requirements.Firstly,the structure and working principle of the crusher were expounded in detail,then the selection principles of the key parts were deeply analyzed and the force-energy parameters were calculated.Finally,a prototype of the shearing and crushing machine was developed.The crusher runs smoothly and reliably and has the advantages of simple structure,less dust,low temperature rise,fast heat dissipation,less impurity and easy operation.The successful development of this equipment will greatly improve the crushing efficiency of the waste LCD panels and make the liquid crystal,rare and precious metal indium and high-quality glass recycling become efficient,simple and feasible,so as to realize the recycling of the resources.It is also of great significance to reduce environmental pollution and develop circular economy.
