摘 要:运用Moldflow分析软件,选取模具温度、熔体温度、保压压力与保压时间四因素三水平安排正交实验,模拟平板类塑件的翘曲变形.以模拟为基础,在注塑机上进行实际注塑成型,扫描获取塑件三维数据,并用Imageware软件提取平板类塑件长边与短边的点云,计算宽度与长度方向的翘曲变形量.结果表明:翘曲变形模拟分析与实际注塑成型误差为-0.083 1~0.094 9mm;保压压力、熔体温度、保压时间与模具温度对翘曲变形模拟分析的影响依次减小.Warpage simulation of flat plastic products was conducted using Moldflow software.The mold temperature,melt temperature,packing pressure and packing time were selected as the analyzed factors with three levels to design the orthogonal experiment.Based on simulation,the actual injection molding was carried out and the plastic products′three dimensional data was obtained by scanning.The Imageware software was adopted to extract clouds of flat plastic product′s long side and short side,and to calculate the warpages of width and length.Results show that errors between the simulation and the actual injection molding range from-0.083 1 to 0.094 9 mm,and the impact on warpage in simulation analysis from process parameters packing pressure,melt temperature,packing time and mold temperature decreases successively.
