摘　　要：使用1998-2014年我国三大沿海经济圈省市的面板数据,借鉴耦合协调理论模型,构建相应指标体系,将制造类FDI与研发类FDI的耦合协调度和区域创新能力纳入一个整体框架,实证分析外资角色协调对区域创新能力的影响。结果表明:(1)三大沿海经济圈制造类FDI与研发类FDI的耦合协调度均值为0.535 5,尚处于勉强协调阶段;(2)三大沿海经济圈区域创新能力存在明显地区差异;(3)制造类FDI与研发类FDI耦合协调对提升区域创新能力具有正向作用,这种作用在三大沿海经济圈间存在一定差别。三大沿海经济圈应加大力度且各有侧重地促进制造类与研发类FDI的交互协调,适应经济新常态发展要求,提升区域创新能力。Through referencing the theoretical models of coupling coordination and constructing corresponding indexes system,this paper measures the coupling coordination degree of manufacturing FDI and R&D FDI and the regional innovation capability including the three coastal economic circles in 1998-2014,Whilst making an empirical analysis to find out the effect of the coupling coordination degree to regional innovation capability.The results show that the average of the three regions'coupling coordination degree is 0.5355,and it's still at a barely coordination stage.The region innovative capacity of the three regions exist obvious differences.The coupling coordination of manufacturing FDI and R&D FDI has a positive effect on improving the regional innovation capability which exist certain differences between the three regions.They should promote further and focus differently on the interactive coordination of manufacturing FDI and R&D FDI,thus,adapting the requirements of New Normal and improving the regional innovation capability.
