摘　　要：近年来,高校学生党员的发展规模与质量出现了一些新的难题,如何破解难题,如何在新时代搞好地方高校学生党员的发展质量管理,已经是我们急需思考和解决的问题。对此,我们进行了研究与探讨,有针对性地提出了8个方面的基本策略:如将大学生的政治成长纳入高校人才培养规划;建立标准化、模块化的学生入党积极分子党性量化测评体系;完善退出机制;加速打造"智慧党建"和"智能组工"等发展建议。In recent years,the development plan and quality control of CPC members at Chinese colleges and universities have faced some new challenges,and especially their quality control in the new era has become an urgent task and required an immediate solution.Through an incisive analysis,this paper proposes eight basic strategies for solving this quality-control problem as follows:a talent-training plan with a consideration of their moral development,the construction of a quantitative quality-assessment criterion with workable items for college students applying for CPC membership,the improvement of its exit mechanism,the efficient implementation of“wisdom-based Party construction”and“wisdom-oriented organizational work”,etc.
