追求卓越表现过程中的教练员-运动员关系:对我国个人项目教练员和运动员的访谈研究

摘　　要：在过去的20年,国内外学者逐渐认识到教练员-运动员关系在高水平竞技体育中的重要性,并针对此展开了一系列的研究。旨在采用访谈研究方法探讨我国个人项目教练员-运动员关系。来自我国个人项目的12名现役教练员和12名运动员接受了半结构式访谈。通过对访谈资料的质性分析,除3种社会角色关系特征外,我国教练员和运动员描述的教练员-运动员关系共有22种特征,其中,关爱、沟通、信任、理解和合作被超过50%的受访谈者所提及。In the past 20 years,more researchers realized the value of coach-athlete relationship in high level competitive sports and have done some researches on it.The present study was designed to investigate the coach-athlete relationship of Chinese individual competitive sports event by using the qualitative method.A semi-structured interview was administered to 12 coaches and 12 athletes from Chinese individual sports.Based on the results of qualitative analysis of semi-structured data,the coach-athlete relationship of Chinese individual sports event was characterized by 22 dimensions besides 3 kinds of social role relationships.Among them,care,communication,trust,understanding and cooperation were the top 5 dimensions what the coaches and athletes described.
