摘 要:在前人研究基础上,应用室内实验的方法,修正了高压软管压耗计算方法,建立了泵压计算模型,以最大射流冲击力为目标,综合考虑钻进与携岩需要的最小排量和管线的承压能力,优化了径向水平井钻井作业的排量。结果表明:高压软管段压耗在循环系统总压耗中占有较大比重,修正后高压软管压耗计算值与实测值最大差值仅为实测值的5. 08%,可满足工程计算要求;采用最大射流冲击力标准,初步形成了径向水平井钻井水力参数优化设计方法,根据此方法,可得到径向水平井施工的最优排量,从而得到其他最优水力参数。可为水力喷射径向水平井技术现场配套设备和施工参数的选择提供依据。Based on the previous research,the pressure loss calculation method of high pressure hose was modified by laboratory experiments.Moreover,the pumping pressure calculation model was established.With the aim of the maximum jet impact force,the maximum flow rate for radial horizontal drilling was optimized considering the minimum flow rate for drilling and cuttings carrying and the pressure bearing capacity of the pipeline.Results show that the pressure loss of the high pressure hose occupies a large proportion in the total pressure loss of the circulation system.The maximum difference between the corrected calculated value and the measured value of the pressure loss of the high pressure hose is only 5.08%of the measured value,which meets the engineering computational requirements.The optimization design method of the hydraulic parameters for radial horizontal drilling was preliminarily established according to the maximum jet impact force standard.The optimum construction displacement of radial horizontal drilling can be calculated by the proposed method.And the other hydraulic parameters can also be estimated.This study provides the basis for the selection of hydro-jet radial horizontal drilling site equipment and field operating parameters.
