摘 要:通过高温条件下的地层水和高温高pH值完井液CO_2腐蚀试验,对比分析研究耐蚀合金管柱材料的抗腐蚀性能及在深井和超深井的适用性。结果表明:超级13Cr马氏体不锈钢在高温CO_2环境中和高温高p H值环境中的均匀腐蚀极为严重,腐蚀速率分别高达0. 454 9 mm/a和0. 386 7 mm/a,并且局部腐蚀非常明显,已不能满足高温工况环境对管柱材料的耐蚀性要求;新型17Cr马氏体不锈钢在高温条件下具有良好的抗CO_2均匀腐蚀和局部腐蚀性能,但在高温高pH值环境中发生了明显的选择性溶解腐蚀,并且均匀腐蚀速率较大; 2205双相不锈钢、超级奥氏体不锈钢和028镍基合金在高温CO_2腐蚀环境中和高温高pH值环境中具有良好的抗腐蚀性能; TC4钛合金在高温条件下具有极其优越的抗CO_2腐蚀性能,但在高温高pH值腐蚀环境中抗腐蚀性能极差,均匀腐蚀速率高达0. 424 7 mm/a,并且相比于其他耐蚀合金,局部腐蚀最为严重。The corrosion resistance of several corrosion-resistant alloy pipe string materials and their applicability in deep well and ultra-deep well are compared by CO 2 corrosion tests in high temperature formation water and high temperature and high pH well completion fluid.The results show that,the uniform corrosion of super 13Cr martensitic stainless steel in high temperature CO 2 environment and high temperature and high pH value environment is very serious,the corrosion rate is up to 0.454 9 mm/a and 0.386 7 mm/a respectively,and the local corrosion is also very obvious,which can not meet the requirements of corrosion resistance of pipe string materials under high temperature condition;new 17Cr martensitic stainless steel has good CO 2 uniform corrosion resistance and local corrosion resistance under high temperature,but it has obvious selective dissolution corrosion in high temperature high pH value environment,and the uniform corrosion rate is larger;2205 duplex stainless steel,super austenitic stainless steel and 028 nickel base alloy have good corrosion resistance in high temperature CO 2 corrosion environment and high temperature high pH value environment;TC4 titanium alloy has excellent resistance to CO 2 corrosion under high temperature,but its corrosion resistance is extremely poor in high temperature high pH corrosion environment,and the uniform corrosion rate is up to 0.424 7 mm/a,and the local corrosion is the most serious compared with other corrosion resistant alloys.
