摘  要:基于纳米流控系统特殊的压力-体积变化特性,提出了一种封隔器胶筒材料。该材料由仿生蜂窝骨架包覆纳米流控系统构成,具有优良的抗剪切性能与压力传递性能,同时具备纳米流控系统的自适应形状调节能力。以MFI型沸石-甘油所组成的纳米流控系统为例,实验分析了所述封隔器胶筒材料的可重复使用性、压力阈值及有效形变量随温度及压力的变化规律。结果表明:所测试系统在经历3次加载/卸载循环后即达吞吐平衡,具有良好的可重复使用性。环境温度增高,系统的压力阈值线性减小,有效形变量线性增大。不同于传统材料的热胀冷缩效应,该材料具有类似"热缩冷涨"的温变特性,可减小封隔器密封失效风险。通过调节纳米流控系统配方,可获得具有良好抗温变、抗压变能力的封隔器胶筒材料。A packer rubber material was proposed based on the special pressure-volume characteristics of nanofluidic system.The material is composed of bionic honeycomb skeleton and nano-fluid,which has excellent shear resistance and pressure transfer performance,and has the adaptive shape adjustment ability of nano-fluidic system.Taking the MFI zeolite-glycerol nano-fluidic system as an example,the reusability of the material and the varying laws of its pressure threshold and effective deformation with temperature and pressure were experimentally analyzed.The results show that:the tested system achieves throughput balance after three loading/unloading cycles and has good reusability;with the increase of ambient temperature,the pressure threshold value of the system decreases linearly and the effective deformation increases linearly.Different from the traditional material,the material has the similar temperature variation characteristics to"thermal contraction and cold expansion",which can reduce the risk of packer seal failure.The packer rubber materials with good temperature and pressure deformation resistance can be obtained by adjusting the formulation of nano-fluidic system.
