深度烧伤后瘢痕增生不同方法防治的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的对深度烧伤后瘢痕增生不同防治方法的临床效果进行比较研究。方法 94例深度烧伤患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和常规组,各47例。常规组采取压力疗法,观察组在压力疗法基础上加用复春散Ⅱ号治疗。治疗6个月后,比较两组患者治疗前后温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分、防治效果。结果两组治疗前VSS评分比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.048,P>0.05);观察组治疗后VSS评分低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(t=27.776,P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为93.6%,显著高于常规组的78.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对深度烧伤患者在采用压力疗法基础上加用复春散Ⅱ号,可有效提升瘢痕增生防治效果,减少和控制瘢痕增生,有重要临床价值。Objective To compare and research the clinical efficacy of different methods in the prevention and treatment of scar hyperplasia after deep burn.Methods A total of 94 patients with deep burn were divided into observation group and conventional group according to the random number table method,47 cases in each group.The conventional group received compression therapy,the observation group was treated with FuchunsanⅡon the basis of compression therapy.After 6 months of treatment,the Vancouver scar scale(VSS)score and prevention and cure effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in VSS score between the two groups before treatment(t=0.048,P>0.05).The VSS score of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(t=27.776,P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.6%,which was significantly higher than 78.7%of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of FuchunsanⅡon the basis of compression therapy in patients with deep burn can effectively improve the prevention and treatment effect of scar hyperplasia,reduce and control the scar hyperplasia,and has important clinical value.
