摘　　要：在e-Science背景下,重大科技项目档案收集归档对于以数据分析为核心的科学研究范式具有重要意义。本文运用案例研究方法,对中国科学院6个战略性先导科技专项进行研究,分析了重大科技项目档案收集归档存在的问题,并从建立档案收集工作网络与责任体系、落实"四同步"制度、明确档案的归属与流向、编制研究过程文件归档范围等四个方面提出了建议。Under the background of e-Science,archives collection and filing of major science and technology projects is of great significance to the scientific research paradigm centered on data analysis.This paper uses case study method to research six strategic pilot technology projects of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.We analyzes the problems existing in archives collection and filing of major scientific and technological projects,and puts forward some suggestions from four aspects,including the construction of archives collection work network and responsibility system,the implementation of the"four synchronization"system,the ascription and direction of the archives,and the compilation of the file filing scope of the research process.
