摘 要:建筑围护结构热工设计中需首要考虑围护结构表面的防结露问题。本文以某湿热工业厂房的围护结构作为研究对象,通过基于自然对流和热传导的传热计算,研究了不同工况条件下厂房围护外墙的内壁面温度,并结合结露机理分析了围护外墙结露与室内环境温度、湿度以及室外环境温度的关系。研究结果表明:夏季环境条件下,厂房围护外墙内壁面不会产生结露问题;冬季环境条件下,当室内环境相对湿度高于相对湿度上限值时,围护外墙内壁表面会产生结露现象。为了防止冬季环境条件下发生墙体结露的现象,可采用限制室内环境相对湿度、或在墙体外侧增设保温层结构等预防措施。本研究方法及结果可为厂房工程的防结露设计提供参考。In this paper we presented the investigation of the moisture condensation of building envelop which was a core component of thermal design for buildings under humid and hot environment.Based on the heat-transfer principle composed of heat conduction and natural convection,the results of the internal wall temperature under different environment conditions were discussed.A judgement method of moisture condensation was proposed,and the effects of the temperature and humidity of the environment on the dewing characteristics of walls were investigated.The results reveal that the condensation never occurs in summer,but it always happens in winter when the relative humidity of the indoor environment is higher than the critical value.In order to prevent the condensation,we also suggested the critical values of insulation-layer thickness and relative humidity.Anti-condensation design of industrial plants could use the methods and results mentioned above as a reference.
