摘  要:目的探讨臭氧水疗对头皮脂溢性皮炎治疗的临床疗效。方法选取头皮脂溢性皮炎患者120例,随机分为治疗组(60例)使用臭氧水疗和对照组(60例)外用2%酮康唑洗剂。比较两组治疗前后临床疗效、复发率和皮脂水平。结果两组各临床症状评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),治疗组下降趋势较对照组更明显;两组在2、4周时疗效总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),治疗组均高于对照组;两组皮脂水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),治疗组较对照组下降更明显;两组复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),治疗组低于对照组。结论臭氧水疗能提高头皮脂溢性皮炎的临床治疗效果,降低复发率。Objective To observe the effect of ozone hydrotherapy on patients with scalp seborrheic dermatitis.Methods Totally 120 patients of scalp seborrheic dermatitis were randomly divided into a research group and a control group,each group had 60 cases.The patients in the research group were treated with ozone hydrotherapy,and the patients in the control group were treated with 2%Ketoconazole lotion.The clinical symptom scores,recurrence rate and sebum level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The downward trends of the symptom scores in the research group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rates in the research group after treatment for 2 and 4 w were markedly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Sebum level of the research group decreased more significantly than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the research group was markedly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Ozone hydrotherapy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of scalp seborrheic dermatitis,reduce the rate of clinical relapse.
