摘 要:文章利用64家纺织服装企业2012-2016年的季度面板数据,对中国纺织服装业转型升级的驱动因素进行了实证研究,并采用不同的指标体系对实证结果的稳健性进行了检验。结果发现:实证分析的结果是稳健的;在影响纺织服装业转型升级的因素中,营销能力对企业转型升级的影响最大;资金能力、发展能力和管理能力对纺织服装业的转型升级都存在显著影响;而风险水平的影响不显著,偿债能力的影响不稳定。最后,根据实证分析的结论,提出了进一步推进我国纺织服装业转型升级的对策建议。Based on the quarter panel data of 64 textile and garment companies from 2012 to 2016,the driving factors of the transformation and upgrading in China's textile and garment industry are analyzed empirically in the paper,and the robustness of empirical results with different sets of index system is tested.The finding is that the empirical results are robust.Among the influential factors of textile and garment enterprises transformation and upgrading,marketing capability has the greatest influence.Financial ability,development ability and management ability also have the significant influence.The influence of risk level is not significant,and the influence of debt-paying ability is not stable.Finally,according to the results of empirical analysis,the countermeasures are put forward to further promote China's textile and garment industry transformation and upgrading in the paper.
