摘 要:针对T型三电平逆变器拓扑的中点电压不平衡的问题,提出了一种基于时间分配因子的调节方法来控制中点电压的平衡。分析了其输出电压和开关状态的对应关系及换流过程,研究了空间矢量脉冲调制(SVPWM)方法的调制原理和实现方式,通过调整正负小矢量的时间分配因子实现对中点电压的精确控制。最后在Matlab下建立以T型三电平逆变器拓扑的SVPWM的仿真模型,仿真结果证实了所提出的基于分配因子法的SVPWM是可行的,能有效地抑制中点电压的波动。Considering the problem of neutral-point voltage unbalance in the topology of T-type three-level inverter,a distribution factor method based on PI regulation is proposed to control the balance of neutral-point voltage.The relation-ship between the output voltage and switching state is analyzed,together with the current commutation process.More-over,the modulation principle and implementation of space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)are studied,and the exact control of neutral-point voltage is achieved by adjusting the time allocation factor of positive and negative small vectors.Finally,a simulation model of SVPWM based on T-type three-level inverter topology is established in Matlab.Simulation results verify that the proposed method of SVPWM based on distribution factor method is feasible,and it can effectively suppress the fluctuations of neutral-point voltage.
