宁镇扬同城化建设研究述评

摘　　要：自2004年宁镇扬同城化的构想提出、2014年江苏省政府正式出台《宁镇扬同城化发展规划》以来,宁镇扬同城化在理论和实践两个方面均取得了长足的进步和发展。随着宁镇扬同城化建设的不断深入,相关的研究也不断向纵深发展。近年来,有关宁镇扬同城化的研究主要集中在宏观发展战略、发展模式、宁镇扬经济一体化、旅游一体化、政府间合作、产业协同、宁镇扬同城化障碍因素等几个方面。总的看来,宁镇扬同城化的研究越来越趋于微观和具体,经济基础和政治上层建筑方面的研究已经比较充分,而观念上层建筑如意识形态、区域文化等方面的研究和政治、经济、文化各个方面的综合、系统的研究还有待进一步开展,同城化建设中的障碍性因素也有待于进一步发掘。Since the concept of the urban integration of Nanjing,Zhenjiang and Yangzhou was put forward in 2004 and the development planning of the urban integration of Nanjing,Zhenjiang and Yangzhou was officially issued by jiangsu provincial government in 2014,the urban integration of Nanjing,Zhenjiang and Yangzhou has made great progress both in theory and practice.With the deepening of the construction of the urban integration of Nanjing,Zhenjiang and Yangzhou,relevant studies have been developing in depth.In recent years,studies on the urban integration of Nanjing,Zhenjiang and Yangzhou mainly focused on macro-development strategy,development model,economic and touristintegrationof Nanjing,Zhenjiang and Yangzhou,intergovernmental cooperation.Industrial collaboration,hindrance factors of the urban integration of Nanjing,Zhenjiang and Yangzhou.Overall,the research of the urban integration of Nanjing,Zhenjiang and Yangzhou has become more particular and specific.Political superstructure and the basic economic researchhas been relatively full,and concepts such as the ideological superstructure,regional culture research and the political,economic and cultural aspects of comprehensive and systematic research remains to be further developed,and the barrier factors of city building also need to be further explored.
