摘　　要：改革开放40周年,我国数控机床行业实现了跨越发展。文章通过分析其发展现状,指出该行业存在的产品结构失衡、中高档产品竞争力薄弱、创新成果产业化进程缓慢以及企业经营效益差等问题。面对行业发展问题,结合国家发展政策和行业发展需求,明确"由数控机床生产大国向生产强国转变"的发展目标;并确定行业发展的主要任务:加快数控机床行业智能化发展、聚焦技术创新以推动产业结构调整、提高数控机床可靠性水平、以市场需求为导向加快成果产业化进程以及加强数控机床行业经营管理模式创新。最后,从国家和企业两个层面提出了促进行业发展的战略改革措施:政府提供政策鼓励和引导、企业加强自主创新,两者协同实现数控机床行业的升级发展。The reform and opening-up policy has been implemented for 40 years,and China's CNC machine tool industry has achieved a leapfrog development.By analyzing the status quo of its development,the paper points out that the industry has the problems of imbalanced product structure,weak competitiveness of middle and high end products,slow progress in the industrialization of innovation results and poor business efficiency.In the face of existing problems,in the combination with the national development policies and industry development needs,the development goal of the industry“to achieve the transition from a large CNC machine tool manufacturing country to a strong manufacturing country”is clearly defined and the main tasks of its development are to accelerate the intelligent development of the industry,focus on technological innovation to promote industrial structure adjustment,improve the reliability of CNC machine tools,accelerate the process of industrialization of achievements through market demands,and strengthen the machine tool industry management model.Finally,from the national and enterprise levels,it proposes strategic reform measures to promote the development of the CNC machine tool industry.The government provides policy encouragement and guidance,and the enterprise strengthens independent innovation.The two work together to achieve the upgrading and development of the CNC machine tool industry.
