基于跨层次理论视角下集群网络的位置、密度与企业创新绩效

摘　　要：通过对产业集群网络位置、网络密度与企业创新绩效的文献回顾,借助跨层次理论,提出集群网络位置(微观层次)、网络密度(中观层次)及其二者之间的交互作用对企业创新绩效影响的理论假设,应用多元回归分析方法对196家广东省东莞市电子信息产业集群企业的调查数据进行实证分析。研究得出了相关结论:集群网络密度对企业创新绩效存在显著负向影响,集群网络中心度和网络结构洞对企业的创新绩效有显著的正向影响;集群网络中心度与集群网络密度的交互作用对企业创新绩效有显著的负向作用,而集群网络结构洞与集群网络密度的交互作用对企业创新绩效有显著的正向影响;集群网络密度创造的优势依赖于集群网络位置,网络密度能够改变集群企业知识转移效果。Based on the literature review of industrial cluster network location,network density and enterprise innovation performance,and with the help of cross-level theory,this paper proposes the theoretical hypothesis that cluster network location(micro level)and network density(meso level)as well as the interaction between them affect enterprise innovation performance,and analyzes the investigation data of 196 electronic information industry cluster enterprises in Dongguan City of Guangdong Province by multiple regression analysis.The conclusions are as follows:the cluster network density has a significant negative impact on the innovation performance of enterprises,and the centrality of cluster network and the network structure hole have a significant positive impact on the innovation performance of enterprises;the interaction between cluster network centrality and cluster network density has a significant negative effect on enterprise innovation performance,while the interaction between cluster network structure hole and cluster network density has a significant positive impact on enterprise innovation performance;the advantage of cluster network density creation depends on cluster network location,and network density can change the effect of knowledge transfer of cluster enterprises.
