摘 要:本文收集某三甲医院2013—2016年的医疗纠纷记录,按纠纷原因进行分类统计,采用结构变动度分析法分析该医院医疗纠纷的结构变化情况。结果显示:内科医疗纠纷原因结构变动最大,外科医疗纠纷数量最多;医疗技术、敬业精神是引起医疗纠纷原因结构变动的主要因素;医院环境、设施设备引起的医疗纠纷保持在低水平;医技科室医疗纠纷呈增长态势。可见,不同科室存在的相关潜在风险不尽相同,需有针对性采取差异化措施,进一步控制医疗纠纷。This paper collected the medical dispute records of a Grade IIIA hospital from 2013 to 2016,and classified the statistics according to the reasons of the dispute,and analyzed the structural changes of the medical disputes in the hospital by structural change analysis.The results showed that the structure of internal medical disputes has the largest change,and the number of surgical medical disputes was the largest;medical technology and professionalism were the main factors causing structural changes in medical disputes;medical disputes caused by hospital environment and facilities were kept at a low level;medical disputes in medical technology departments were on the rise.It is necessary to take differentiated measures to further control medical disputes.
