基层医生特征与医疗费用的关系研究——基于新农合数据的分析

摘　　要：通过对中国西部某县新农合报销数据库2011—2012年的门诊记录和基层医疗机构的医生情况,构建计量经济学模型,对医生特征和医疗费用的相关关系进行实证分析。研究发现,基层医生诊疗水平相关的特征(如学历、从业年限、执业情况等)与疾病(上呼吸道感染为例)的诊疗费用显著相关,提示提升基层医生诊疗水平有助于控制医疗费用的不合理增长。Through the outpatient records of the new rural cooperative medical system's reimbursement database of a county in western China from 2011 to 2012 and the doctors in the primary medical institutions,an econometric model was constructed to empirically analyze the correlation between doctors'characteristics and medical expenses.The study found that the characteristics of the level of doctors'diag原nosis and treatment were significantly related with the cost of diagnosis and treatment of diseases,suggesting that promoting the level of doctors at the primary level helps to control medical expenses'unreasonable growth.
